Our 14 years (+) Pomeranian we go from the shelter has a history of bad teeth and had reached a severity that something had to done. We had been cautioned by our previous vet that his age made him a bad candidate for the necessary corrective surgery. The Bright Cross vet suggested it was at the point that surgery was necessary after doing all blood work and tests showed he was likely to survive and thrive. All went well and we have our dog back in a better condition to enjoy his few remaining years. Get job from all the staff we met there.

This was like the third time we were there and we've just been doing a series of general health checkup on her and different testings to figure out where he's at in the diabetes and trying to form a baseline to regulate the amount of insulin that she needs. It wasn't out of line price wise. I don't have any dislikes. They know what they're doing.

When I walked in for the appointment the office was having a problem with a sewer line or such and the stench was enough to gag me. Not their fault, but really horrible! But I had my dog and the appointment so marshaled on through. The office staff and technicians were very pleasant and efficient. Our appointment was on time. The tech put us in an examining room and took down my dog's history. My dog liked the tech and all was good.

Then, the veterinarian came in. I had my dog on my lap. He glanced at her briefly and then talked to me. We discussed her health issue and her history. He never and quot;metand quot; her or touched her until he was ready to do the examination. Then he picked her up and put her on the examination table. She reacted by shaking and trembling; not a normal reaction for my dog. The vet did the examination, diagnosed the possible medical condition, prescribed medication and exited the room. I checked out (office visit $87.00) and came back a day later with a needed urine sample. After the tests were run, I received a prescription for my dog ($24.30).

This clinic appears to be professional and efficient. The office staff and technicians are knowledgeable and nice, both to the patient and the patient's owners. My problem with my visit was the bedside manner of the attending vet. He never made an attempt to even say hello to my dog, much less pet her and make her feel comfortable. And she reacted by shaking and trembling. As a result, I made a contact at another vet hospital and I am very happy with the results.

I live part time in the north and part time in Venice. My dog needed stitches removed (from a surgery up north). I spent weeks researching the vets in the Venice area. I was scared to death to entrust my fur child's life with an unknown health provider. I finally decided on Bright Cross. Wow! What a perfect match for our dog. When we walked in to make our appointment I mentally reviewed a number of things: friendliness of staff, smell, cleanliness and overall feeling. All were excellent! At our appointment, the assistant and Dr were both highly attentive. After the stitches were out, I had him check my dog's ear. Long story short, he found and successfully treated a staff and yeast infection deep in her ear. We were highly impressed with the intelligence, as well as bed side manner, of this talented veterinarian. I consider myself extremely picky when it comes to my fur child's care. This place is awesome!

This was my first time there as I was new to the area. I was very impressed from start t finish. The whole staff was great. The Dr. Took a lot of time with me and my dog to make sure we had the right diagnosis. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

This was our first time there. Very professional, very caring vet and staff. Since we were new, the vet even gave us a tour of the facility. Super impressed. We will definitely go back!

It is great going there. It is a very caring place and they did a good job with my dog. The vet there is good and the workers are nice.

They took me right away. They were reasonable in what they charged. They are always very compassionate and they do not try to charge you for things you don't need. They do not do any unnecessary test just to make a buck. I have been to over 8 vets since I moved here and this place is outstanding.
