Animal Rescues/Shelters
It is a non profit who's soul solution is to collect money to give for scholar chips to people who can not afford to spay or neuter their animals. They want to affect the older population status. The person who is in charge is a lady named Gerry Phipps. She does all of on her own. She has mini fund raising events to collect money for this purpose. She has really been quit successful with it. I think it is a great thing that somebody cares enough to get to the root of over population problem in the Tallahassee area.
