. I answered an ad for an estimate on coil cleaning which promised substantial savings for seniors and veterans, of which I am both. They used high pressure scare techniques on me (I am 87) and frightened into doing a complete house fogging for over $900. They insisted I sign their completion document before they did the job, and also my credit card information. Then they said I had to leave the house for 2 hours as the fumes were toxic. As it was very hot, my wife and I got in my car to go to a mall. I already had bad feelings so I drove around the block. Took 4 minutes, and when I got back they were gone. I have contested most of the charge with my credit card company and it is in progress.
Description of Work: They claim to have cleaned my air handler coil and exterior and fogging my home with germ killer. they also claim to have cleaned the drain pan for the air handler. My regular A/C service company confirmed that they did not clean the coil, which would have taken 2 hours and cost $425.
