Movers in Indy 4 hours late. Scheduled promised "spread " of 10 days for delivery ( Jun 2- Jun 12). Now moved to June 15. Many problems wit delayed delivery. No sympathy what so ever from Atlas. Here's our claim number. Avoid at all cost !!

I called a lot of movers and they were not doing the out of state moving. So we used Atlas and it was really horrible. We had issues with them once they brought our stuff to the place. They said they could not go up the driveway because of the trees and they were going to charge us $600 or $700 even to give us our stuff; they were basically holding our belongings hostage. They did the things that they said but they basically held out stuff hostage. We did have some issues with them not wanting to put furniture together when we brought it out here to unload; we did have some damaged stuff but overall it was not bad.  I will not use them again in the future.

It was a complicated move, because it was a partial move. An item was lost. Otherwise, they were very good.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM REFERRING THE COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY MADE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND NOTHING ARRIVED BROKEN. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID.

I FELT REALLY CONFIDENT ABOUT THEM DOING THE MOVING SERVICE FOR US. THEY TOOK TIME PACKING AND WRAPPING THINGS PROPERLY. THEY WERE ALSO FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
