The next day, the male and two other male workers arrived and cut our grass on a riding mower and edged. I noted to my husband after they left that I thought our grass was still a little to high.
About a week later, my husband called them to request they cut our grass again, and perhaps arrange for them to cut the grass on a regular basis. They were told we weren't in a hurry to get our grass cut and they could come at their convenience. The owner told my husband that they were too busy.
"We apologize for not responding to this review sooner as we just updated our Angie's List account that the previous owners had. We had to change part of our name with Sunbiz & of course change our address to reflect our new ownership. We have owned this lawn business for 2 years now & unfortunately it has been Very difficult to find decent & reliable help. We do not like to turn down work but we found it impossible to take on more accounts due to the personnel problems we were having at the time. It wouldn't have been fair to you or any new customer if we couldn't provide service to you in a timely manner. Since then we have finally found good help & are able to accept new customers & provide the reliable service that is expected. Thank you, Mark & Alicia Wolf Affordable Property & Tree Care, LLC"
