Excellent, every crew they sent out was on time, hard workers, cordial and highly skilled. Marco ran the lanai crew, a true professional. Also Ryan and Chris in the office were very patient with us, walked us thru all steps, and very professional to work with.

Gulfgate Rescreening, the best. Have some areas on the cage where paint has come off. Absolute Aluminum did a rescreen about 2 years ago and did not tell me that if I wanted to consider repainting the cage that was the time to do it. Repainting requires the screens to be out. Gulfgate Rescreening was just here for an estimate. I told him the screens were only about 2 years old. Being entirely ethical he suggested leaving the cage alone as it was not economically correct to remove and replace the screens to allow the cage to be painted. He told me how to spot paint the cage if I desired. The aluminum would not deteriorate if I did not spot paint. Shame on Absolute Aluminum and cudos to Gulfgate Rescreening. Dr Gary Glick

Darius from Absolute Aluminum was here today to replace the weather stripping on our existing screen door. He notice a broken hinge, and another deficiency, which we had not previously noticed, and he replaced/changed that as well. He was professional, polite and competent. We some questions which he answered. Overall, very satisfied with Absolute Aluminum with whom we have previously used to do a new screen door install in an opening that had no screen door. Highly recommend.

Absolute was the lowest price, so we had them replace our pool cage. They were very thorough, took the time to explain each step and followed through. The crew that came showed up on time, worked the full day and cleaned up when they were done for the day. We couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance. I'll continue to use them and recommend to anyone.

The WORST! I read reviews before choosing a company to re-fasten my pool screen. Absolute Aluminum was the top rating. They were also the most expensive, by far. They stated they would use top level stainless steel fasteners. They never told me that my screens were no good till after the re-fastening. They then, at further charge, re-screened the pool cage. Within about 60 days multiple screens became unfastened and there were panels that were not tight. I have been advised that panels that come loose so quickly occurs when the attachment spline is put in backwards. At about six months post installation I found that an animal had eaten into 3 screens. My problem, not theirs. Decided to get a second estimate from another company for repair. The other company came in and also showed me the following deficits created or not attended to by Absolute Aluminum. There were over tightened screws, crushing the 2 x 2 posts, insufficiently tightened screws on 2 x 2 posts (will eventually work free and fall out leaving the cage subject to failure), the old cable screws (rusting) were not removed and replaced during re-fastening and the angles of the frame were not attached to the pool cage leaving gaps for insects and animals to get inside and detracting from the integrity of the cage. I would not do business with them again on a bet!9, update 6/06 - After posting of my negative review of the work done by Absolute Aluminum the owner, Dale Desjardins, called me and hollered at me. Definitely unprofessional, to say the least. I now would stay further away from that company.

They got the work done much sooner than I expected. I thought it would take them longer to get to me after Hurricane Irma.

It met my expectations for great quality and was completed ahead of schedule.

Install went pretty much as plannned. Caulking and final clean up were not done as well as I expected, but after a call back and some rework the finished product was completed to my satisfaction.

They did a quality job at a reasonable price. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Wonderfully! Everyone we worked with was terrific, from salesperson , Caleb, to the installers, Rueben and Craig. They were all helpful and friendly and very conscientious about their work. They are a busy company, so, in season, the wait to get the work started was long, but we were told that up front. They arrived on the day they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. The women in the office we spoke to were very professional, friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them heartily.

Absolutely great. The work was done timely, the crews were professional, courteous and timely. Answered all of our questions with explanations. Steve, our salesperson was nothing short of professional, empathetic and supplied us with his time so we can understand all of our options. It is because of him that we love our lanai and the quality of life we now have. We also want to thank Dave our Absolute support person who managed the crews, kept us informed from start to finish and tweaked all of our concerns to perfection and of course all the people that were involved. I must apologize for not writing this at completion. WE love it!

As expected withhoght expectations.

Aluminum Works took on the challenging task of creating an outdoor living space for our family. I am exceptionally sensitive to mosquitoes and wasps, and in our 15 years here, I've spent very little time outdoors. Michael Bishop took his time with me to patiently look at all our options for a screen enclosure that would be a match for our lifestyle and at the same time blend well with the tropical flora on our property surrounding the pool. We chose the bronze (almost black) frame and the finer mesh screen. Also, our proximity to the Bay made the decision to select the stainless steel hardware option an easy one. Our house has lots of nooks and crannies and the addition of the screened enclosure not only fit well with the house, it emphasized the subtle architectural beauty of our little Florida cottage. Rex, Mike's business partner spent the good part of a day designing, engineering and laying out the enclosure. It was easy to sense his unrushed passion and pride. The Aluminum Works team was thorough and enthusiastic every step of the way, ensuring us that every desired nuance to our enclosure would be achievable right down to the Doggie Door placement. The day his team arrived for installation we were confident the results would be as expected. To our great pleasure, the enclosure far exceeded our expectations! The enclosure Micheal and Rex created has transformed our home and made a warm and inviting space for our friends and family to gather poolside for coffee, lunch and dinner. We spend most of our time in our outdoor living space now and are thrilled with the change it has made in our life. Thank You Michael, Rex and the Aluminum Works Team!

Although on time, they were very busy and it took 3 weeks to obtain the appointment to do a full re-screen of my lanai. And although there is a 5 year guarantee, I was a bit concerned that they did not individually re-screen the roof sections, but laid the screen across 3 panels. Besides that, the price was not the cheapest that I got quotes from, but they seemed to be the most professional.

Project begin with my wife & I visiting their Showroom and main office in Venice where we met with Calvin Grey who provided great information and education on their Arcadia adjustable roof system , he furnished literature , inquired about our requirements of the system and provided a detailed quote.We signed contract ( 8-10 week leadtime for manufacturing ); a couple weeks later we received a site visit from James ( Field Engineer/Project Mgr.) who took dimensions , look at design of existing roof line and went over options on how roof could be layed out.When unit was installed ( 2.5 days) lead installer Kevin ( along with one other person ) did a excellent job in making the design come to life.
