Terrible. Scheduled an in home consult at least two weeks in advance. Consult scheduled for 9 Feb for 2-4 pm window. I took two hours off work for this. Called company and spoke to supervisor said we were scheduled but would check on status with estimator. After 20 mins on hold I hung up and called back. Spoke with Eric Harper who said they were very busy and could not. One out but couldn’t explain why I wasn’t notified of cancellation. Said he would call me back...no call back so called company to find out status...spoke to supervisor and a manager and was told Eric was gone for the day so he lied to me about call back...manager would only say sorry and offered to reschedule but couldn’t guarantee a show...made me furious...terrible company...don’t waste ur time with these guys or they will waste ur time...once trust is broken it cannot be reestablished. Terrible company.

The mover was contacted on Monday, to schedule a piano move at 2:00 PM Wednesday of the same week. I was quoted two men at $40 / hour each + $40 per hour for the truck = $120 / hour. Even though the move was less than 3 miles, and both the origin point and the company are in Valrico, I was told there would be a 30 minute travel charge to start the job and a 30 minute travel charge at the end of the job. So a total of 2 hours, or $240. I agreed to this.

On Tuesday, I called the company to confirm and was told in addition to the charges initially quoted there would be a fuel charge of about $40 and a 6% taxes and fees. I complained this was not mentioned on Monday, but agreed to confirm the Wednesday appointment, with the total approaching $300, still within reason.

I took Wednesday off from work to meet the movers, and received a call from Veronica 29 minutes before their scheduled arrival. She said that they would not be able to make it today. They were rescheduling me for between 8 and 10 am Saturday morning. She added that because it was such a short move, I would be charged for a 3 hour minimum. With this the cost jumped from the original quote of $240 to $550, to which I complained. She asked if I still wanted the appointment on Saturday, and I said I was not interested in dealing with a company that increased their estimate every time I spoke to them and could not keep scheduled appointments. I will look further.

Valrico Movers/ Rainbow Movers of Valrico were very professional and nice. They made sure they explained everything about how their company works and what we would need to do on our end. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs... They guided me threw the whole process and made sure my every expectation was met.
They gave me a price based on my list of items and they only charged for any extra boxes or material that they would be using (if necessary). The crew that came to move our stuff was great. They worked hard and did it with a smile. All our things arrived to our new home safely.The guys came in and put all the furniture together and even had patience while my wife made up her mind as to where she wanted to place the couch A great experience with a great company.
