Vic did the job himself. He was punctual (early, in fact), professional and courteous. Just a really nice person doing an honest job. The carpet looks great and it was a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I contacted Mr. David Doback at his 813-685-3835 number twice. On June 1st I left a message stating that I saw his reviews on Angie's List and explained what I work I needed performed and that if his schedule allowed I wanted him to perform these services for me on Friday the 3rd.. No return call. Next day, no return call. I called again June 3rd and left a message that I had called on Wednesday and had not heard back from him. I left the second message stating that if I didn't hear back from him I would look elsewhere for service. Each time I called I received a pre-recorded answering machine saying that they were busy helping a customer or out in the field. A cell number for David was given for emergencies and/or quotes. I did not call his cell because it was not an emergency and I didn't need a quote. I thought after reading his reviews on Angie's List that he was the guy to use. I just wanted the job done. In his defense, he could have been on vacation or has a personal reason for not calling, but the other cell number that was given (his assistant or partner I would assume) should have called after receiving my messages. If nothing else, whatever female that made the recording at his office or home should have returned my call letting me know if there were extenuating circumstances and when David would be able to contact me.

When I contacted David I got a quick response and a date and time was set. He was prompt on the day of service and carefully explained what he would be doing and made sure that we had a chance to ask questions if we wished. He is very professional and friendly. He is experienced in his job and you can tell by the way he worked. We will use his services again when needed.

I love this company. Family owned and operated and always so nice and very honest. I have used them for years after my real estate agent referred them to me. When I was pregnant they explained to me what they could and could not due during each trimester. Same for when our newborn was here as well as what is possible with our pets in the house. I have them come out and clean all of our carpets, rugs, couches, and pillows at least once a year. Sometimes I hire them more often when a pet has had an accident on a particular rug or it smells from the dog. I also think they have the best pricing in town.

Carpets were very dirty from animals and yrs of cigarette smoke. After cleaning decided not to replace carpet. The rug man did a super job.

Dave has cleaned our carpet several times in addition to the recent tile and grout cleaning. He is always on time, does a great job and is the best price around.

I had spilled bleach on the carpet and it turned it another color. the stain was about 8 inches in diameter. They were able to cut it out and blend a extra section of carpet I had kept to make it where it was not really noticable. They did a fast and fantastic job. I have recommended them already twice to other friends.

The Rug Man cleaned my tile and carpet. He was able to fit my request into his schedule before the Thanksgiving holiday by cleaning the tile on one day and coming back to do the carpet on another day. He and his helper were quick, organized, and did an excellent job cleaning the tile. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He instructed me on money saving maintenance tips for the tile. He explained all of his charges. We discussed the level of work and costs that I was comfortable with. For example, how much furniture I would like moved to get all the tile and carpet versus cleaning the main areas and only moving small furniture pieces. He was very responsive to my timeline and was prompt in his service. He returned on another day to do the upstairs carpet. He cleaned 2 rooms and spot cleaned 2 others rooms at no additional charges. The hallway was cleaned and all looked good while damp. After the carpet dried, it was evident that some of the spots in the hallway did not come up. He told me to make sure and call him if any spots remain after the carpet drys. It is my fault that I did not call him back as I am sure he would have come back to try and remove them. If it wasn't for the stubborn spots I would have giving him all A+ ratings. Do consider using The Rug Man for your tile and carpet cleaning!

He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and makes recommendations based on the job and the results not just what it takes for him to make money. He is fair and ethical and does great work. He was recommended to us by our realtor and we definitely recommend him. He just works alone and sometimes with his son. Being a one man shop he can take a while to schedule out, perhaps a week or so in advance but it is good personalized service.

I have nothing but good praise for Mr. Doback's work. He is very knowledgeable and offers his opinion instead of telling me to just do the whole house. He tells me whether it really needs to be done. He is very fairly priced. I paid $150 each time. The only bad thing is that it's a small operation and so scheduling is little bit more of an issue; it's probably just like one man and his truck. I have to wait a week or so sometimes to get them to come.
