Vic did the job himself. He was punctual (early, in fact), professional and courteous. Just a really nice person doing an honest job. The carpet looks great and it was a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using this company again in the future.

When I contacted David I got a quick response and a date and time was set. He was prompt on the day of service and carefully explained what he would be doing and made sure that we had a chance to ask questions if we wished. He is very professional and friendly. He is experienced in his job and you can tell by the way he worked. We will use his services again when needed.

I love this company. Family owned and operated and always so nice and very honest. I have used them for years after my real estate agent referred them to me. When I was pregnant they explained to me what they could and could not due during each trimester. Same for when our newborn was here as well as what is possible with our pets in the house. I have them come out and clean all of our carpets, rugs, couches, and pillows at least once a year. Sometimes I hire them more often when a pet has had an accident on a particular rug or it smells from the dog. I also think they have the best pricing in town.

Carpets were very dirty from animals and yrs of cigarette smoke. After cleaning decided not to replace carpet. The rug man did a super job.

I had spilled bleach on the carpet and it turned it another color. the stain was about 8 inches in diameter. They were able to cut it out and blend a extra section of carpet I had kept to make it where it was not really noticable. They did a fast and fantastic job.

The Rug Man cleaned my tile and carpet. He was able to fit my request into his schedule before the Thanksgiving holiday by cleaning the tile on one day and coming back to do the carpet on another day. He and his helper were quick, organized, and did an excellent job cleaning the tile. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He instructed me on money saving maintenance tips for the tile. He explained all of his charges. We discussed the level of work and costs that I was comfortable with. For example, how much furniture I would like moved to get all the tile and carpet versus cleaning the main areas and only moving small furniture pieces. He was very responsive to my timeline and was prompt in his service. He returned on another day to do the upstairs carpet. He cleaned 2 rooms and spot cleaned 2 others rooms at no additional charges. The hallway was cleaned and all looked good while damp. After the carpet dried, it was evident that some of the spots in the hallway did not come up. He told me to make sure and call him if any spots remain after the carpet drys. It is my fault that I did not call him back as I am sure he would have come back to try and remove them. If it wasn't for the stubborn spots I would have giving him all A+ ratings. Do consider using The Rug Man for your tile and carpet cleaning!

This is not uncommon with these types of stains. In fact, that is why I suggested you let me know if they came back. Obviously, some time has passed since completion of the work. I have nothing but good praise for Mr. Doback's work. He is very knowledgeable and offers his opinion instead of telling me to just do the whole house. He tells me whether it really needs to be done. He is very fairly priced. I paid $150 each time. The only bad thing is that it's a small operation and so scheduling is little bit more of an issue; it's probably just like one man and his truck. I have to wait a week or so sometimes to get them to come.

The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. They were on time and finished the job on time. They were real thorough. I had some pet problems and they took extra care to clean up the mess.
