I would highly recommend Scott to my friends and family. I left a message for him on Saturday and he called me back within the hour and agreed to service my vent on Sunday. My new washer and dryer were bring delivered on Monday. He was very thorough and even suggested that my husband wash out the gutters since they were filled with gravel from the roof. I really appreciated that! He took the time to explain how the vent worked and his observations.

He brought his own ladder that was adjusted so that it didn't sit directly against the gutters on the roof.
