I highly recommend these guys. I couldn't be happier with their work. They point out issues that need to be addressed while at the same time letting you know things that don't need to be worked on. They were very easy to talk to and happy to work with you on any issues. Anytime I needed to contact them they made themselves available. The work crew was very professional and courteous. They covered all my plants prior to painting, cleaned up after themselves, and really did a good job. A couple days after the work was done, the owner, Mark, came to the house to double check the work and make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. My house looks fantastic and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be using these guys again for other projects.

Mark Stargardt was prompt, consciencious, knowledgeable, and affable.  The work was completed in a very reasonalble amount of time.  The completed work was outstanding.  His charge was much less than other contractors or handymen.  I am already arranging a new job of pave stone installment.

When the project first started John came out and looked at my issue.  He was confident that he could repair the window, and was $100 less than the closest competitor. His professionalism and persona impressed me enough that I gave him the job on the spot.  Because of the nature of the work and the local weather (it has rained EVERY day) it has been a slow process, however John has kept in touch and done the work when possible, even on weekends and a holiday!
I wold recommend this company to my parents and my church that is how impressed I am with John!

I came in contact with Stargardt, when my home was inspected under a home sales contract. This inspector was very thorough and found two critical faults with my home. One was two small leaks in my 12 year old roof that were damaging the underlying wood. The second was five bubbles in the west exterior wall of my home. When I was made aware of these issues, I was very concerned about the time and cost to repair these deficiencies. While speaking to the inspector, I learned that he was also a roofer, stucco guy, and general contractor. Upon asking the cost of the repairs, I was very surprised at the estimated cost to fix these issues. I was quoted $2000.00 to repair the two areas in the roof and the five large bubbles in the stucco. I then scheduled Stargardt to make the repairs. The two man crew showed up on time. they were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the nature of the issues and what was needed to effect repairs. The two man crew expended about 42 man hours to make the repairs. To say they were professionals was an understatement. These guys knew exactly what to do and completed the work to perfection. I am so impressed with this company that all my future home repairs and additions will only be done by this company. I highly recommend Stargardt and Associates for any home repairs or inspections.
