Real Turf Solutions LLC

Recently cancelled service and so glad we did. We Used Real Turf Solutions for many years with no problems. Original owner sold.....and since then, service and lawn have gone downhill. They killed two large trees and two shrubs over the course of a year. Chinch Bugs everywhere. About 7 months ago I called them out to inspect after noticing lawn diminishing in appearance and dollar weed growth. I was told the lawn, looked great and there was nothing they could do. The lawns of our neighbors who use their services look terrible also. Brown, Infested, weeds. Picture shows two seperate lawns that currently use and recently used Real Turf. Choose another company!!!

They’ve been great for over 6 years, but ever since the ownership changed they’ve been horrible and my lawn looks awful. They do nothing but blame the homeowner. I had this young manager come out to walk it out with me and he presented no solutions for moving forward. He just wanted to blame us and assume no responsibility. Stay away!!!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. They do not stand by what the offer. I have called many times and whenever they came by the said I was not watering enough, watering too much, to add sand and dirt the the brown spots in my yard. To me this company is horrible and misleading, their business cards have a website that does not exist. Representative screamed on the phone and accused me of adding chemicals to my lawn and said that was the reason my yard was in that condition. Do not recommend at all.

They have been doing a good job, every time I need them they come. They answer all of my questions. They always show up.

Joe is my contact with Real Turf Solutions.  He promptly answered my inquiry about refurbishing my lawn.  We had just had new driveway and walkway that left hideous gaps in edge of lawn and lawn was in dire need of loving care. He came that week, took care of weeding and feeding, left a service report and instructions .  He tells us if water heads are not doing their work.   He has been here every month since to maintain weed and feed. He set up an automatic draft so I don't have to write a check--saves me time and effort.  My husband and I are so pleased with his service.  Things look astounding in just a few months.  He was recommended by Steve Mills from Big Leaf who I trust completely with the rest of my plants and mowing.
