I don’t even know where to begin to start. The actual audacity of this company. We had been using them for years and were very pleased in the beginning. Over time our lawn slowly started getting worse and worse and I would call and they were very customer service friendly. They would come out and treat but as time went on they would come out and say there’s nothing they can do as all different kinds of weeds ran rampant. We eventually asked to cancel and both parties agreed to cancel over the phone. They still came out and treated the following month and billed us. We called and stated our decision to still cancel. Brant told us to that we wouldn’t have to pay our bill for that month. We still received an invoice and obviously didn’t pay it because I believed what he said. 9 months later I get a debt collections for the last treatment. Never once notified or called that they were going to send us to collections and trying to collect a payment. We called today to try to resolve and said they don’t recall this and to kick rocks. I wouldn’t refer this company to my worst enemy. They killed our grass and when we tried to be good people and not leave bad reviews and ruin someone’s reputation and it backfired. Stay away from them at all costs.

They’ve been great for over 6 years, but ever since the ownership changed they’ve been horrible and my lawn looks awful. They do nothing but blame the homeowner. I had this young manager come out to walk it out with me and he presented no solutions for moving forward. He just wanted to blame us and assume no responsibility. Stay away!!!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. They do not stand by what the offer. I have called many times and whenever they came by the said I was not watering enough, watering too much, to add sand and dirt the the brown spots in my yard. To me this company is horrible and misleading, their business cards have a website that does not exist. Representative screamed on the phone and accused me of adding chemicals to my lawn and said that was the reason my yard was in that condition. Do not recommend at all.

They have been doing a good job, every time I need them they come. They answer all of my questions. They always show up.

Joe is my contact with Real Turf Solutions.  He promptly answered my inquiry about refurbishing my lawn.  We had just had new driveway and walkway that left hideous gaps in edge of lawn and lawn was in dire need of loving care. He came that week, took care of weeding and feeding, left a service report and instructions .  He tells us if water heads are not doing their work.   He has been here every month since to maintain weed and feed. He set up an automatic draft so I don't have to write a check--saves me time and effort.  My husband and I are so pleased with his service.  Things look astounding in just a few months.  He was recommended by Steve Mills from Big Leaf who I trust completely with the rest of my plants and mowing.
