He has done a lot of work for me when I first came down here, like carpentry, wood working and cabinet building. He is a master carpenter who has built some fine things. Altogether, he has done $15000 worth of work for me. The only negative that I have about him is that he does not give estimates and charges by the hour. I have used him for the past four years and he is very honest, clean and neat. It is a little bit expensive since he charges by the hour but his quality of work is worth it. I don't think that his price is very high but you cannot budget the work as you don't have anything that tells as to what the price is going to be. He charges approximately $50 per hour. I would definitely use his services in the future.

Mr. Dean responded promptly to my request for estimate, was flexible in that he provided estimate on whether he supplied materials or if I supplied materials. He arrived at the time specified and worked very quickly. He completed work in approximately 8 hours. He cleaned his work area, and the finished product is beautiful. Mr. Dean also showed me photos of some of his other custom work (including free-standing staircases, sewing cabinets and kitchen cabinets) that are magnificent. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone.
