There were tons of black streaks & dirt built up on the roof. After this cleaning, it looks new.  Very pleased and will use again when the time arises.

It went fine.  $200 which we thought was pricey and they did go down.  They were able to clean garden border.  I had to go back and straighten them all but was glad that they were able to do them at all.  Unable to get off mud dauber residue due to possible breaking of stucco so appreciated that they didn't damage the wall trying.

Tom arrived on time and completed the job exactly as he said he would.

I received a recommendation for Tom Peerless from Ken at KJ Non-Pressure Washing (also a member of Angie's List). I called Tom, he gave me a bid over the phone, and then he did the work while I was at work. I came home to find a thoroughly cleaned roof, driveway, and sidewalk.

Complained about amount of work from the time he arrived. Wasn't going to cut back shrubbery even though it had been included in quote. Had to point out areas and corners of house that had been missed. Grease smoke on porch wasn't removed. Pressure washer peeled or scoured some paint from walls and fascia, and stripped joint tape from porch plasterboard ceiling. Original verbal offer and agreement was to also clean concrete walks and drives which he refused. Argued about anything that was brought up that wasn't performed as agreed. Had to complain twice to get roof tiles moved into place. (His worker was replacing tiles as he argued that they needed a special tool and it couldn't be done.) Left pile of shrubbery branch cuttings on side yard that should have been removed with him or cut and bound for trash collection. Would strongly recommend a DETAILED written bid of work to be performed if you are going to used this contractor. Price would have been considered "B,""Good," if all work had been performed as agreed.

Tom went above and beyond and was very easy to reach over the phone and talk with. Not only did he perform the agreed upon tasks, he also pressured washed a 480 square foot patio including the patio furniture. What a guy! As a side note, if you do not have gutters then be prepared to cover any plants near the roof line that might be exposed to any of the chemicals used. Also, Tom's website is great with showing the before's and after's to get an idea of how great a job he does.

Tom came out, gave me an estimate. His estimate was right in line with competitors. He was more than willing to work on special requests I had. The work was performed on the pre-scheduled day and time, perfectly. You couldn't ask for a more conscientious and reliable person to work on your property. I have a very difficult roof to clean. It is a huge roof with a steep grade. One of Tom's competitors came out for an estimate, looked at the roof, said "Sorry I can't go up there." and left. Not Tom, came right out, got up and cleaned the whole thing quickly, safely and completely. I am telling you, if you want pressure washer work done, go with this guy.

Due to decision to put home up for sale, I contacted Peerless Roof Cleaning to clean my roof. They came out the same day to give an estimate and completed the cleaning within a few days. They were very courteous and prompt. The only problem experienced is one of the plants in the front of the house died as a result of the chlorine solution not being washed off in a timely manner.

They did a fantastic job. My deck is clean as a whistle! I can still hear the whistle! I had called another company and they didn't service my area and they recommended this person. They came right on time and were very prompt.
