 + -1 moreWe had a master bathroom shower that desperately needed renovation. Tiles were literally falling off the walls. We contracted with Bryan Paavilainen to remove the existing tile and install new tile on the shower walls, shower floor and bathroom floor. Bryan and his coworker, Paul, did an outstanding job . First, after removing the existing tile and drywall, they had to install new studs and backer board because the old studs were rotted. They then installed something called the "Schluter System", which basically consisted of various components to make the entire shower waterproof, so no water could penetrate the drywall. The work they did to install the new tiles was excellent. Bryan and Paul arrived every morning at 8am and stayed until at least 6pm. They were extremely thorough, conscientious, and very detail-oriented. They cleaned up and vacuumed every day before they left. We were very impressed with Bryan and Paul and would highly recommend them.
