NitPicky Cleaning

We put in a new paver patio and doorpad outside of our lanai last fall. Because we wanted to protect our investment, we contacted a company that our neighbor had used to seal his years-old driveway pavers. They gave us an estimate, handed us a contract to sign and were prepared to come out the following day to seal. We decided we needed overnight to consider it, since it felt a little too rushed. That was a good decision. We contacted the company that installed our pavers. They recommended Nitpicky and I reached out to Mark for an estimate. He asked if I was aware that we should not seal brand new pavers immediately - to wait six months. Mark’s estimate was $50 less expensive than the first company we contacted, he educated us on proper sealing and the product he uses, and he advised us to not put anything on our patio until sealed. He scheduled us for the week of February 11, then advised us of the exact date and time he would be here before they came. Mark and his helper power washed our pavers and added sand in the joints the first day, then returned the following day to seal. They did a beautiful job and we are pleased with the attention to detail and care they demonstrated. And as an added bonus, Mark is one of the nicest people we have dealt with in upgrading our home. We would hire Nitpicky again in a heartbeat!
