Called on a Tuesday, came out on Wednesday to estimate, started right away, 
Finished about 60% of the work, said he'd be back Saturday or before. He called and made it out Wednesday night, finished the job.  Hedges gave him quite a challenge and he said next time it would be more because of them, but he stuck by his quote, which was 75% of what my last favorite vendor charged. (I did tip about 10% over estimated price, as he spent quite  a bit of working time, two trips, etc. fixing everything).
Very, very up front about what he would do and what he'd only be able to try.  (Some of the existing screen was not ripped but no longer all attached to frame.   Dirt was super caked in the screen spline channels and he was not positive he could get it fixed, but finally did).  Threw out a bunch of alternative quotes as he "estimated" on such things as the dirt caked channels.

Matt called on the Saturday morning. he performed the work.  He was going to be in the neighborhood.doing several large jobs.  I was thrilled that he came and did my little job first!   He was professional and friendly.  Had the job done before I could finish my morning coffee!  The screens were perfect!   I plan to use hime again for any screenwork I need in the future!

I called for service on Monday May 9th.  I described the job in detail and was given an estimate of $90.00 total.  I was promised that the service would be performed on Tuesday May 10th.  Matthew Pimentel, the proprietor, arrived at approximately 1 pm on Tuesday May 10th and replaced the screen panels that were damaged.  Repair was satisfactory.  Cost of repair was as estimated.  My experience with this company is completely satisfactory.

Prompt, came out and did work without us being home, paid after work was done. No fuss. Good job.

The development we live in has a web site and I had seen Matt's business recommended by several individuals in our community. I called him for an estimate. He came out and gave me an estimate which was in the ball park I had planned on spending. He came back the next week, exactly as scheduled, replaced all the screens we had discussed. Matt is punctual, polite and professional. I couldn't stay for the entire process but when I returned, other than the new screens. I couldn't tell he had been here! The original work was done in August of this year. Another screen ripped last week so I called Matt today, he'll be out next week to replace that screen. I've recommended Matt to several of my neighbors.
