 + -1 moreHe charged me $75 to look at my TV and said that it was a problem with the picture tube. This fee seems outrageously high.

 + 0 moreHe was very friendly and punctual, but he still hasn't gotten back to me about the stereo repair. Also, I believe that he overcharged me to fix my television. The part that he replaced cost $15.00, and it only took him about 10 minutes to replace it. I think that $160.00 was too high of a price, especially considering that the $65.00 assessment price was supposed to be subtracted.
Description of Work: I called them to repair a 25 year old television. He told me that he would charge me $65.00 to come out and, if the television could be repaired, he would apply the $65.00 to the price of the repair. He looked at the television and showed me the part that needed to be repaired. He repaired the television and was supposed to call me about the repair on my stereo.

 + -1 moreHe came right out to the house. When I told him my TV brand over the phone, he knew what the problem may be, so he seemed knowledgeable. He charged a decent price for the cleaning and replacement of the parts.
