Went fine. Only problem was on the slider. The delivery took forever 6-8 weeks to arrive. When installed, it was determined it was missing a part--the transition piece to tile. The tile installer was delayed and charged us a trip charge to return and complete the tile after the part arrived. Workmanship was excellent. No complaint as to quality.

He was excellent. All the other work was done through his recommendation. So we used all the people that he had recommended and we were pleased with them. He also recommended someone who came and configured our closet system. He was extremely neat and on time. The work was excellent. We've already recommended him to other people and we will definitely use him again in the future.

I used to run a large real estate office in Brandon. When I wanted to find an excellent carpenter I sent out a mass email to over 100 Realtors knowing they would know some good ones. Many of them came back to me with the name Phil McClain. Phil is also a general contractor and at one time was the head of construction for a large home builder.

When I say Phil is a crafstman I mean he is a CRAFTSMAN! I told him the look I wanted which was to make my twelve year old house look like a 100 year old house and he did it!

Phil is very professional and talented. He is now remodelling an investment house I purchased.
