Great advice and service.

I needed a new battery and my car wouldn't go on. Well, it eventually did but was a little sluggish. Soon after that, I went into Goodyear with it. I didn't call ahead and they took me right away. I just stayed there until they were done. They checked everything and put in a new battery. They checked the alternator and starter and things like that that could have affected the battery. They hooked that up to the machine and those parts were fine. So, it was just a battery that I needed. So, now it just comes right on. They're not real cheap, but I think they give good quality and they really take care of you and try to meet your needs and explain things well. They probably pay their people better than others so you need to take those things into account. We didn't have to wait long. We've been going there for years.

They're very honest, reasonably priced, and they do good work. We always have a positive experience here, and we love their service!

I have been going to them for years and for all kinds or services including buying tires for all three of my cars. After many years of going to dishonest mechanics, I finally found an honest one after a friend referred me to them. I can wholeheartedly recommend this honest, hard working family business.

After troubleshooting car, the battery was replaced in about 30 minutes.
Over the last 20 years, I have taken my automobiles to Love's Good Year for service and I have been quits satisfied with repairs such as: replacing radiator, numerous oil changes, and several sets of tries.

They did nice quality work. They are professional and honest.

Overall no problems - they are very flexible and accomodating.

They said I needed shims to do a front end alignment. They evidently got the shims and installed them and when they gave me the bill for the car it was over $200. I am an old guy and thats the way you always align front ends but they told me that now the newer cars don't need shims because there is some kind of an adjusting nut. I felt like they should have told me when they said they had to get these shims it was going to be above the regular price of an alignment. So when I complained they knocked $20 off big deal so I feel like i got screwed out of a $100. Yeah if they would have told me up front we don't have the shims for it and when we do shims it's another $65 a side which is $130 and I probably would have told them not to do it but even if I would have had it done you know I would have known upfront but to be expecting a $90 bill and I had no choice but to pay it. I was very dissatisfied with that and so I would recommend them to no one since then I have talked to some other people who have had the same type of experience because I am constantly complaining about it you know because $100 is a lot of money to me. The people were very nice and I would be nice to if I was getting an extra $100 bucks for something. I feel like that is poor response and if they would have split the difference that would have been probably the best you could realistically expect but I have never heard of anybody doing business when the price is above the normal price and not telling the customer. I mean I did the billing in purchasing in a boatyard and when we got a boat in there if we came up with something that was above the standard price we called the people and told them what was going on so anyway that was very poor.

Love's Goodyear Tire and Service Center are honest people. They also have fair pricing.

I have been going to this shop since 1995 if not before. I am very happy with the service work and service I receive - that's why I've been there for 15 years! They are very fair and will only recommend work if truly needed. In my opinion, they are very honest

I called after my tire pressure warning light came on to ask if they did tire repair. When told yes, I asked how much and was told $18.50. I asked if they could take me right away and he indicated in 10-15 minutes they could fit me in. So, I got there in 15 minutes, they took me right in and completed the repair in approximatley 1/2 hour. They did an inside patch and even gave me the screw that caused the flat. The desk manager was polite and the work was done timely. I didn't have to wait, which I liked because I was missing time from work.

This company is excellent they do good work for cheap. My last visit they changed my oil, check fluids, ran diagnostics, rotated tires and a general tune up. I recommend them to everyone I know. Also I am buying my grandson a gift certificate for christmas.

The other place was very dishonest- they told me I needed a whole new coolant tank, but Love's looked at and assessed that I just needed a new cap ($12.95 instead of $130 for a new tank!) Love's is very honest, but overall still a little pricey for me.
