Eric came out, evaluated the situation and set traps as well as a natural rat repellent. Two additional visits were included in the fee so the traps were cleared and reset, poison was put outside, and soffit openings were sealed. Each step was explained thoroughly which I very much appreciated. Additionally, scheduling was flexible. I like the company so much I also signed up for their quarterly pest control. As they were already here, I saved some money on the initial visit for that. A very professional, thorough service provider.

We signed a quarterly contract with this company. Every time that they come they are friendly and on time. I think the work is done well and I would recommend them to anyone. I am just overall pleased with the service. There are no problems.
