Description of Work: Chuck is a pro. Referred by a friend and they solved problem my previous company couldn't. Takes complete reading of units and gives a complete explanation of what is going on. Just doesn't top off freon and call the problem solved. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with them. They are the people who maintain our heat pump which does both, air conditioning and heating. This is the second year that they have maintained our 11 year old heat pump. It has worked great. They've checked the evaporator coils and the pan. They inspect everything that has to do with the heat pump to assure us that it will continue working for another year at least.
Description of Work: I used Ice Pro Mechanical for an annual service on the heat pump, on November 10th 2011.
