Ryan, the owner, is very conscientious and does an excellent job. I am the president of the HOA and have had two landscaping companies previous to him which were both more expensive and of poorer quality.  He's always polite and always is on task with things that I might need.  I deal with a lot of vendors in my community, and they range in quality, and Harkness is A+ .
