I have been taking my vehicles there since shortly after they first opened. It is they only place any of my vehicles have gone for everything from just the basic oil change to any and all repairs. They may not always be the least expensive but I have always trusted them to perform the work necessary and not try to sell me something I did not need. In the rare instance that something was not done as expected, they were always quick to rectify the problem. I have been recommending them to friends and neighbors for years and will continue to do so. If you ever stop in tell Scott, the owner, I said hello.

Love these guys! Always so fast. With oil change, they top off fluids, Jiffy Lube type inspection including lights, breaks, filters. Love that I stay in my car for the whole service. They offer you water and explain what they are doing as they go. Very professional, happy young guys who seem to really like their jobs. The first time I went, the owner came out to my car to welcome me and gave me his personal number if I had any questions or concerns. Another time I came in, they were closing. The garage door came down as I pulled in the parking lot. They saw me, opened the door and waved me in. It wasn't even a rushed job.

prompt services, tried to sell me more services I ddin't really need yet, but nothing unusual.

They are awesome. I have never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them. They do a good job.

We've used Express Oil Change at the Valrico location for several years. It is the only place we go for car repairs because of the level of trust we have in the company. The owner, Scott, is very nice and does his best to be fair and honest. They also provide rides while our cars are in service.

We used Express for several years and had been satisfied with service. However, in the past year, the quality of service has decreased significantly and the prices are escalating rapidly.

We've had several pricing issues with them lately, but this is the last one.

• The power steering on Nissan Altima needed repair - power steering rack needed replacement.
• Express gave us estimate of $1,100 - $750 (parts), labor $200, and $90 alignment plus tax and shop fees. Price sounded high, so checked parts stores and repair shops.
• Nissan dealership estimate - complete, with 2-year warranty - under $700.
• Actual part cost (for remanufactured part) from Nissan - $380, other parts stores slightly less.
• Book labor for job was 1.5 hours.
• Express manager explained they marked up the part price - doubling the retail price of the part. Since they receive 20-30% discount from parts store, their cost for the part was between $250-$300 - therefore, the markup was actually between 250%-300% - this is the definition of a rip-off!
• Most shops just charge the over-the-counter or retail price for parts - or 20-30% profit - not Express, their profit is 10 times that of other legitimate shops.
• Book labor was only 1.5 hours. Therefore, Express was charging $130 / hour when most shops in area charge $75-$90 / hour.

In over 40 years of being in or using the auto repair shops, this is the first and quot;legitimateand quot; shop that has so blatantly overcharged on parts. Tried contacting owner, but he was unavailable and did not return our calls.

I am new to the area and was worried about where to take my car for service. My battery died, so I needed to find someone that handled warrantied battery replacements. I sure lucked out in finding "Express Oil Change". Very professional service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any car service needed.

It was pretty good. They did the work efficiently and they did a little extra than just going to other places that weren't that much cheaper. They let me know what other things were going on with my car that I might want to keep an eye on. I needed windshield wipers replaced and that is why it cost a little bit more than their normal oil and filter change.

They do a very good job. They are located right down the street. They are responsive, professional, and punctual. I would use them in the future.

Technicians were very polite and the service was fast.

I have taken my business to Scott since they opened and true to his business style (he's always the first to greet and talk to you) he came out and had his brake specialist noted that my 'physical brakes' were good to go (in other words no gouging me for new brakes when I didn't need them). They stayed to task, fixed the leak, and adjusted my brakes front AND rear (a great brake service). They finished within the time period he specified (I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and had it out before 4:00 pm on the same day) and at a very reasonable price. There were no hidden charges. His work is always guaranteed. Previously had a belt put on which came off (he fixed it right away with no problems). They most recently took my son's vehicle in which he replaced a starter (installed six months prior) which under warranty had gone bad with no drama and no delay. A full service station; I take all our vehicles to get serviced/repaired. I recommend him to fellow military at work!
