JIM DID A GREAT JOB. HE IS PROMPT AND GETS THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. MY FLOORS LOOK LIKE BRAND NEW. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS SOME OF THE FINISH GOT ON THE TRIM UNDER THE STAIRS AND WASN'T WIPED OFF. I HAD TO REPAINT THE TRIM UNDER THE STAIRS. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON FOR THE B RATING IN QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. OTHER THAN THAT ONE ISSUE, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT.

ONE MAN SHOW. HE IS NOT QUITE AS PATICULAR AS I, BUT EVERYONE REMARKS AT HOW GREAT THE FLOOR LOOKS. HE IS QUITE EASY TO WORK WITH. WILL WORK AROUND OTHERS AND COME BACK TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. PRICE IS EXTREMELY FAIR.
