Right before hosting a party at my house, my thermostat broke. Bob came quickly and fixed the problem fast. The party was saved!

I called and left a voicemail after hours, expecting to get a call the following business day. Instead, I got a call back that evening. I scheduled the appointment, and everything went just fine. I thought the service charge was very fair given that he had to do some investigation and diagnosis into the problem.

Bob did an outstanding job with installing our new system. It was installed just before Xmas and Bob made sure the job was completed so we could qualify for the Federal tax rebate. We had quotes from three much larger AC companies who assured us that we were getting discounts only volume dealers could give us. Bob still beat their prices. When the county inspector came to inspect the AC installation, he asked who installed the unit and siad "this is one of the most professional installations I have ever seen".
