Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
CB roofing did some work for me during hurricane Irma in 2021-22. They mentioned they warranty their repairs for lifetime, since then the same area leaked once which they fixed and then leaked again recently which they refused to fix. BEWARE OF THEIR FAKE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE IN PERSON AND ON THEIR WEBSITES! Subsequently I also asked them to fix another leak from Hurricane Helene in 2024 which they quoted me a ridiculous amount (more than the two leaks they fixed in 2022!). Then they charged me a $150 consultation fee. I found another roofer who is doing the work for 1/3rd of the price. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU WITH HIGH PRICES. I wouldn't do any work with them or recommend them to friends and family.

This was the least complicated with the assistance of Thomas & Rebecca there for any questions or help, they were happy to be there for me, Fabulous customer service, All the men on the job were kind and respectful of my property, Geirmo was great his crew cleaned up everything you wouldn’t even known they were here. Except for the brand new roof they left for me. If I had to do it again, I would use them again, I highly recommend!

"This is a great story and if we were allowed to post pictures it would tell a story. Before we started the roofing project you could see daylight through the roof from the ground looking up. There were multiple plants and vegetation growing out of the roof and sides of the house. The roof was not safe to walk on as it was very deteriorated. There were a lot of unknowns doing this project as we did not know how bad the damage was. The project was not as bad as it could have been and we only had to rebuild about half of the roof framing and structure. As a company we did the best we could to work with the home owner. The county inspected the work and everything passed inspections. Hopefully this next part will help other contractors. Please think twice before doing work for this customer. It has been over three years since we did the project. Customer has not paid his bill and even after a judge ordered customer to pay he has still refused to pay and is now facing criminal charges. We do not recommend working with this customer."

I don't write reviews but I had to for this company. They made me feel like a real person. Not just a job. Every employee I talked to was genuine and helped me go through the process. It was an experience like going back to my youth when people cared. I give them a big thumbs up not only for their workmanship but for making me feel comfortable. My roof was done in one day and when the went outside you couldn't even tell I had a roof torn off and a new one put on. It was that clean. They follow through even when it's done. In my 66 yrs I haven't had many good experiences with companies that treat you good and take care of your concerns like CB Roofing did. Thank you CB for showing me there still are companies that really care. Oh and the roof looks great!

CB Roofing did a fantastic job redoing our roof about 2.5 years ago. We had an issue lately with a leak near our chimney, and they were EXTREMELY responsive and came out twice -- going above and beyond solving the problem. It turned out that the 35-year-old chimney had cracks on the very top (completely unrelated to the roof), and that's where the water was intruding. Again, they went above and beyond to permanently seal that for us and also sealed around all the upstairs windows as a bonus. From the fast response, the friendly customer service, and the amazing techs that came out to go above and beyond to solve the problem (again, that wasn't even roofing related!!!), we couldn't be happier that we went with CB 2.5 years ago! Thanks again!

They let us know when our roofing project was going to begin and assured us the shingles we ordered we available. Terrible experience with this company. I called CB Roofing back in September because I had a large hole in the drywall of my porch ceiling, caused by a leak in the roof. In October, they replaced the roof on my porch to fix the leak. After the next significant rainstorm, I noticed that the roof was still leaking from the same spot. They came out a few days later to fix it. The next time it rained (more than a drizzle), the roof was still leaking, so they came out again and attempted another repair. A few weeks later it rained again, and the roof was still leaking. They came out for a third time, examined the situation, and told me that the leak was in one of the valleys of the roof, which was not in the scope of the original project (not covered by the warranty). So, after 6 months of frustration and a good amount of money spent, I still have a hole in my porch ceiling, plus additional holes they created when installing the new roof. And the roof is still leaking.

The salesman, Alex Garcia was terrific. I had great concerns, due to a lot of recent bad experiences with several other contractors doing sub-par home repairs for me. Iâ ve sold my house and a new roof was my final repair. With only a couple weeks until closing I was scared the new roof would also be sub-par. Alex assured me everything would be fine. I asked for references, he provided them. I contacted all 4 of them who gave good reviews, so I moved forward with them. The team showed up on time, worked nonstop all day and completed the roof in a day. The supervisor on my job was Jacob, he called with info regarding the job, then followed up with an email. The office staff was responsive, but Alex was the superstar here. He was always available and made sure my experience with CB Roofing was a great one and he delivered.

They damaged my leaf guards on my gutters, they did have someone come out and fix them but they look like crap and they are only two years old. I am still waiting for them to come out and fix the drip guard that they dented. There are gaps in certain areas where the bottom of the drip guard is and the top of the fascia, so water is getting in there and I am worried about the wood on the overhangs. Although I was told by them that the drip guard is not supposed to come down past the top of the fascia. Well, I do not think there should be any gaps either for water to get into. They do not answer my emails and it has been several weeks now.
