All Season's pricing was extremely fair while at the same time providing the higher quality materials. Kris returns all calls in a few hours as he's out taking care of customers.
It all started when I purchased our home knowing it needed a roof. So I secured about four estimates. I decided that I was going with All Season's when the time was right. Well about two months down the road we developed a major leak. I'm talking major leak. Called Kris with All Season's and he came out and patched the hole with about a gallon of roofing tar to get me through the rain. Mind you it was pouring rain while he was on the roof. At that time I scheduled to do the roof and not wait any longer.
So now it comes time to pay Kris. I believe it was about a week after they finished he finally called to get a check. Before paying him I did the thing every homeowner should do when paying a contractor and called the supply house, ABC Roofing Materials, that provided the material to see if they had been paid before paying All Season's. That's when I got the good news... they said "no", and they don't worry about Kris with All Season's at all. He's one of the few companies that they have on 30 day payment terms. I asked their accounting department, "well do I still pay him if he hasn't paid you?" and they said "absolutely." Kris is one of the last people they have to worry about and they have been dealing with him for over 20 years I think they said, maybe it was 30 years. I know it was a long time. He's never been late on payment and is one of their better contractors. They also told me I picked a very good company to have put my roof on.
So here we are three years later and our roof is like new. No problems, no call backs, no issues. I have recommended All Season's on a regular basis and those that have used him have said that he was great to deal with and did an awesome job. And he took the same three days to do the job right, and with quality workmanship and materials. He's not one of those slap the new roof on in one day and be gone companies.
I highly recommend All Season's and would encourage anyone to at the least... give him a call. I think you're gonna like Kris.
