Description of Work: We needed to replace the siding on our house and we decided to use vinyl siding. This company was recommended to us by our neighbor who had not had any issues with them.The job started in a timely manner, but one day into it, I noticed that the trim around the windows wasnot fitting well. I showed this to the owner of the company who said that once all the siding was installed, caulk and screws would be used to make the trim fit at the corners. Nothing further from the truth. The caulk and the screws (which were placed in a very visible and non-cosmetic manner) did not make it fit any better, making the trim appear very sloppy. If the owner of the company had been honest about the final result on that first day, we would have changed everything to HardiPlank instead.Before the job was completed, he left for another project in north Florida, leaving many details unfinished. We had to call him multiple times for him to send somebody over to finish up. To this day, almost a year and a half later, there are still several unfinished areas in our home.Some of the siding was placed in a way that we cannot install our hurricane shutters under two of the windows.
