Roof Cleaning
No work was performed. Appointment was for 1:00 pm on 4/25/11. We received a call on 4/22/11 asking to move the appointment to 11:00 am on 4/26/11 which I agreed to. They never showed up for the appointment. I left two messages on their answering machine, which they have not returned and it has now been four days. He was going to give us a $100 military / senior citizen discount and then said he was deducting another $50 since he had to change the appointment.. I was looking forward to having this company do the work for us and was very disappointed that they were a "no show" and have not returned our calls to offer an explanation or to reschedule.
