I have been with them for about 10 years. I have to pay at least $20 every three months. I had a problem with their website so I have to call to top up my service. I don't know why I can't use their website, that is my problem with them. Other than that, they are fine. It usually is automatic on the phone and I usually don't have to talk to somebody. I actually interacted with them about six months ago and they could not help me with their website, which I thought was ridiculous. They said my PIN number, which they had, didn't work. I can plug it in over the phone, but I can't plug it in on the website. I need to call them again. I have dropped calls only in one place -- at my niece's house. Other than that I have no other dropped calls. To get an A from me they need to fix their website so I can go on it. Everything else is fine. They call back if I need them to call back, it is not a problem.
