We'll start with the good... Shower enclosure was ordered and installed ... Perfect! Just like we requested. Mirror (how can you go wrong?) was installed and is OK.
Item 1) 2 Closets (His & Hers)... Not to our liking at all. Lots of wasted space! Did NOT listen to what we wanted or requested as he had his own agenda in mind... and he built exactly what he thought they should be. {It is somewhat difficult to open drawers when you have to reach around a wall to get to them!} Called several times...left messages to please call us back... and no response. (I know they got the messages because I requested 2 extra shelves for the master closet and they did leave the extra shelves when they delivered the linen closets!) We were more than willing to pay any extra charges to change things around and told him that on the message as well.
Item 2) Linen Closet # 1 ~ was ordered at the same time as the 2 main closets... which they forgot to install. We asked them to build a second linen closet for storage in the master suite (still had not seen the first one). (we were told by our contractor that they would fix/make good on the closets so were confident that they would make good on what was to be done). They delivered and installed the 2 linen closets while we were out of town... Both linen closets were so short in depth that you could not even get one towel on the shelves. Again, I called, left 2 more messages... and to this date, have heard nothing else from them.
Hired another company to redo the linen closets and they are now perfect!
