A beautiful countertop, not made by them, just sold by this company. It's a unique product, just what I was looking for.

They came, they measured, they installed. Very expensive, very beautiful. So why a C rating for them? Well when they came to measure, with the cabinets installed, the price quoted - "ouch!"  but I liked it....yes, I liked it to pay the price. After installation, and after a few days of living with this beautiful countertop, I noticed there was no "lip" on the countertop. So, if you want to wipe off crumbs or whatever, no can do! The overhang was cut short. ? So, Stewart and the owner came by to check it out and they thought it looked great. It does look great, it's just annoying to live with. Especially for that kind of money. It was noticed the walls had a bow in them, yes it does, but it's the same issue on the peninsula we have, again, remember the cabinets were there when measuring was done. I'm just utterly disappointed. Would not recommend them, or their cocky attitude. A C rating is generous.

They removed the old laminate countertops. They came in, surveyed and then installed the new granite countertops and sink. They have good craftmanship. They aren't 100% on the money on punctuality. Customer service, I would have to say, a 'B'.
