Storm Shutter Solution

The owner - Boyd Rowe - came to our home with a contract and inspected our storm shutters and window mounts. We paid him the annual service fee plus the amount for one putting up shutters for one storm in advance. The annual service fee included replacing any hardware or shutter mounts as needed. Boyd inspected the mounts on each window and said they had to be replaced because they had had been painted over. The cost of replacing them was included in his service plan and he said his crew would come take care of this. His crew never came, the shutter mounts were never replaced. Phone calls and emails to Storm Shutter Solutions went unanswered and their website appears to be inactive. Looks like we got scammed.

They come out and inspect them once a year. They have held up well, although we have no had any hurricanes. We were very please with their professionalism. The workmanship was very good.

I am happy with them. They are professional, personable, and friendly. They are very easy to work with. They were also instrumental at recommending good companies to me. I would recommend them.
