Stand up guys

They were good. They were a little pricey, but negotiable. The best part was the scheduling. They were available, they sent guys out right away, the following day. So availability was the best. They got the job done. They removed everything, so they got the job done. The worst part would be the details. They didn't sweep up after they were done. They left nails behind and they left stuff. So they didn't clean up very well. There were two jobs, one was to rip up and take the carpeting out. That was very reasonable, that was $200. I'm like, "That's great." Then they wanted to charge $300 for the other junk removal. There was no furniture. It was just clothes and paper, just stuff, but no furniture and they wanted $300 and I'm like, "Wow, that's a lot. How about $200?" So they accepted $200. So it's negotiable. So, they can be high.

They were great. They came dressed nicely and the truck was sufficient for what the job was. They presented themselves very professional and charged me by the job. They went to the house and checked everything and also picked up smaller things that I didn't think about. I thought it was very fair money for what they did.
