Description of Work: I purchased a Samsung washer from Lowe's. I had also purchased the 5 year guarantee from protection plus. It hasn't even been 3 years yet and the hinges are rusting. Lowe's wont fix it. The warranty company won't fix it without approval from Samsung. Samsung wont authorize it to be fixed because they consider the damage cosmetic. Local companies won't fix it because they won't get paid through the warranty company. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General.

 + -1 moreI reported an issue on the refrigerator and they told us it is covered under warranty. They never supplied me with a new refrigerator and I ended up having to buy a new one with a different company. I have emailed them several times and they have been very unresponsive. I have 90 days to call in to cancel their contract if I can get a hold of them.
Description of Work: I have a 5 year warranty with them on our refrigerator.
