Sam's Interior Inc

I have a home that was being renovated from top to bottom.  Everything in the house was being replaced and every room was being worked on.  I made the mistake of hiring an unreliable contractor to take on the entire remodeling project.  This contractor took his time working on the renovations.  It's been 4 months and the bathroom still wasn't done.  There would be weeks where the contractor never showed up.  Needless to say, I began searching for another contractor to supplement the existing work being done.  My neighbor happened to have a contractor (Sam's Interior Inc) working on their Master Bath and I decided to give Sam Santiago a try.
Wow! What a difference compared with my original contractor.  With my new IKEA kitchen cabinets arriving, I needed Sam to prepare the entire kitchen so that the cabinets can go up.  Sam and his crew completed the drywall and knock down ceiling within a day.  With the kitchen walls and ceiling completed, I requested them to mount all the kitchen cabinets, fix all electrical and plumbing, and install the appliances.  My IKEA kitchen came out fantastic thanks to Sam.  I appreciated his attention to details and he made sure that the kitchen was properly put together.  I was very satisfied with the work that I also had Sam's crew finish the bathroom installation and repair all the rotted roof overhangs.  
Sam is a very experienced contractor and he can take on any general home repair tasks.  He may not be the cheapest, but you get a very reliable and competent contractor to work on your remodeling needs.  It was definitely worth spending the extra money to hire a good contractor who got things done.  
 Sam is definitely the Man.
