We are new to the Cape and our Lanai developed a few tears due to the age of the screen. We saw an add in a local paper for Roman Screen Works offering reasonable rates for torn screen panel repairs. We called and left a message and when Tim Roman contacted us we set up a time for him to come by and look at what we needed.
When Tim arrived he inspected the torn screen areas and did a thorough examination of the entire Lanai showing us a few other areas that also had rips that we had not seen and some areas that might be an issue over time. There was not any pressure to do any additional work, he was just showing us what was going on that was not obvious.
We agreed on what to repair and a price and Tim started the repair right then and completed it within a few hours. He was respectful of the Lanai furniture and the pool and cleaned up after himself when done.
