Exterior Painting, Roofing
The project was started on January 11, 2012 and wasn't finished until July 6, 2012. He hired a lot of subcontractors that were performing the job. He was almost never on site nor checked their work. They left the roof open one night and there was a storm so we had a flood. The painting is mediocore. The contract was to be paid in 5 installments throughout the job which I followed completely. He went ahead and filed a lein again the job against the property even though I was not behind but rather questioning the contract and making sure that he followed it properly. He filed paperwork that all of the subcontractors had been paid when they had not been paid.
