We contacted Panhandle Inspections for a job on a house we were planning to buy. The seller cancelled the inspection at the last minute and backed out of the sale the next day. They were understanding of the two reschedules, and ultimately inspected another house for us a week and a half later.
They were very professional and thorough using recorders during their inspection so as not to forget details. The reports included pictures showing exactly where and what type of repairs needed to be done.
They were polite, prepared, and well dressed considering they were crawling around areas that are not normally very clean.
