We love Old World Charm. We hired them previously to do drywall work inside after we had our plumbing repaired when we moved in this year, and it was a great experience. When we needed someone to do repair to wood rot after another provider fell through, we called Old World Charm again.
Old World Charm did all of the work in just a few days and caulked and painted the repaired wood (of which there was a significant amount). While repairing it, they discovered that the chimney had significant rot and needed to be fixed as well. We hired them to do so and, though it made the job much more expensive, their prices were fair and their work was excellent. Old World Charm also made recommendations about a number of other small improvements that we could do ourselves if we wanted, and we have taken them up on several of them.
Overall, this was a great experience. We would definitely hire them again and will probably end up doing so later in 2014.
