Kathy is absolutely fabulous with attention to detail, design concepts, colors, etc. Sheis so easy to work with and has 17 years of designing experience. She was the project manager for our condo renovation. Our entire condo was taken down to the bare bones and completely remodeled. New floors, kitchen, entire bathrooms, moldings, doors, ceilings, etc etc. We were thrilled with the design ideas she came up with and implemented. We live in St Louis and our condo on Tierra Verde is our vacation home. We entrusted her with the entire project. She was so dependable with being there for every contractor and made sure it was being done meticulously. She pretty much supervised all of the work being done which was a huge burden lifted off our shoulders as we were in St Louis while the project was being completed. She is very current with her design ideas and coordinated the floors, cabinets, countertops, shower tile, wall color, kitchen design, etc It turned out more beautiful than we dreamed! We would highly recommend her as she is very easy to work with and is very talented.
