Gina swept, mopped, cleaned the refrigerator, and turned the stove to self-clean. This is all she did. My house is still covered in dust, and the cabinets are still dirty. The "deep clean" was the more expensive of her options, and she wanted additional money to clean the windows. I was also told it would be just her and a helper, yet when I came home there was a strange man in my yard. He ended up being the husband of the helper, but it was still a shock to see someone I wasn't informed would be there.
