Mountain Fence

In August we signed a contract with them and gave them $21,000.  They started to partially build a hurricane fence on part of our property.  The project was supposed to be finished by the end of September.  The fence is still not completed and we are not sure if we even have enough of the materials to finish the job.  We called them September 9th to see when they were going to come out and finish.  The lady said that they were waiting on materials and that it should be a week.  It was past a week so my husband called and they came out but did not work on the fence.  On the 8th of October they came out and put in some posts.  On the 9th of October my husband called and left a message because no workers showed up.  On the 17th of October my husband called again, they came out and dropped materials off and just left.  I beleive that they are a scamming customers.  We payed them $21,000 and have less then half of our fence completed.  In total they have worked 3 days since they started the project back in August.
