Home Security System Service
They did not install the window sensors. They install and hooked us into a 2004 wired security system. The electronic equipment is not working appropriately. The door and window sensors did not function appropriately. Did not tell you where the breach in security is at. It's been discuss frequently that we did not get what was discuss. At this point they are billing us $388 for something we were supposed to get for free with no equipment charge. They actually charged us $148 that would control all the electronic devices in the house, so far it only controls a lamp. They did not follow thru of what was promised. They called me a liar to the monitronic gentleman.
