They were very helpful explaining the differences in the mattresses and frames. They were able to accommodate my delivery time requests. They delivery was in time and they even covered their shoes before coming inside. I would Definately recommend them.

I visited the Mattress Firm in the Roosevelt Square shopping center. When my wife and I walked in we were helped by Kelly S. She spent a good deal of time explaining the differences in mattresses and encouraged us to try each mattress out until we found one that was just right for us. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase and to my surprise she did not lead us directly to the most expensive mattresses in the store. We got a great bed at a great price and enjoyed the shopping experience. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a mattress to visit this store.

Price tag on mattress I selected was on wrong item and was $400 less than my selection. Manager honored reduced price without being asked. He also honored sales incentives that had recently expired, giving me two $100 pillows and mattress cover for free. Delivery was scheduled at my convenience and was completed on time. Delivery crew was neat and professional; they transferred headboard from my old bed frame to the new base. Absolutely no pressure during sale.
