I called Manzella Builders again after my bathroom remodel. I needed to paint the exterior of my home. Lou gave me an estimate on the job. Lou took 5 days to prep, caulk, scrape, and then paint the house. In addition, he needed to provide some landscaping tasks in order to gain proper access to all sides of the house. He also painted my porch swing, as a bonus, and my front and back porch. I can tell you my home has not looked any better in the 8 years I've owned it. I am looking to remodel a newer home, and I'll definitely hire Manzella Builders again.

I received the quote from Lou, and decided to move forward as I had severe water damage in my master bath. Lou showed up the first day, on time, and began the work. He helped me pick out the nw tile and fixtures, and then personally delivered everything to my house. The entire project took a week. I'm very pleased on the job Manzella Builders completed, and would definitely recommend him.
