I purchased the blinds through Home Depot, and Mr. Mann was the installer. Mr. Mann also installs other window treatments, such as shutters and drapes, and also installs closet systems, and works independently of Home Depot.
Mr. Mann was on time for the measure. He was friendly and very professional. He consulted with me and offered suggestions as we worked through the different windows and what would be the best way to install the blinds. During the installation, he worked very efficiently and proficiently. The blinds look and work great. One of the wands that came with the set was broken, so he made a note of it, and said he'd have Levelor send a new one to me. He showed me how to install it, although he said if I had any trouble with it, he'd come out again to fix it. I highly recommend Mr. Mann, and will definitely use him again for future work.
