Appliance Sale
There was a year warranty on the refrigerator. It works very well, and the glass in the refrigerator is beautiful, but the framing that holds the glass is already disintegrating. I contacted LG to find out what could be done, and they told me I was out of luck, and that I would have to go to my extended warranty. When I told them that the frame was very poor quality, they acted as if they could care less. They are probably using this framing on multiple models of refrigerator and I want to warn others that it may fall apart for them. They said I could purchase a new framed glass shelf for $40, but I know that it would just end up the same way within the next two years.
