I never had such good customer service before. It was amazing. I use them on a regular basis. I call them up and ask them if they can match a price and they say sure. Their customer service sets the bar. It's absolutely spectacular customer service and follow-up. They wash your car when they get it back to you.

They do an outstanding job, especially with the '99. I always make sure to go to Darrel Young, as the service writer. He is a former service technician and can accurately diagnose all issues with the cars. His service team members are all outstanding and I have never had to return a car for re-work, because they always do it right the first time. I highly recommend them, and am confidant that everyone who uses their services will be very pleased.

Took car in within 10 mins of appt time, was completed, including wash and vac within 30-40 mins.
Very comfortable waiting area, coffee, bagels, newspapers, tv....all the amenities.
Service advisor very professional, cordial. Explained what was done.
Plan to continue servicing vehicle there.

I took my vehicle to the service department, where Jennifer Coppello took great care in making sure that all of my issues were resolved. I was very impressed with the level of service and the amount of feedback since purchasing my vehicle from them. I would highly recommend them.
