Joey Zani

My wife met Joey at one of his listings.  At the time we were under contract on a sale
by owner with no realtor assigned to the deal. 
My wife was impressed with Joey and told him our situation.  Joey recommended an inspector.  I told my wife we have one scheduled
already.  She insisted I check out Joey’s
Inspector since he’s used this inspector more than 30 times.  I compared the two by viewing their sample
inspection reports online and it was clear that Joey’s inspector was the better
one.  The inspection was great and uncovered
several issues which prevented us from buying that house.  From there we began working with Joey.  He surpassed my expectations.
Let me start by saying I have struggled to find a good
realtor here in FL.  I am very selective because
I was used to a very high level of competency in Chicago.  Joey was the first match in competency and I
was very impressed by his professionalism, good nature, honesty and commitment
to us.  We not only found a great
realtor, but also made a great friend. 
He not only found us a great home, but also provided great value throughout
the transaction.  I was impressed by all
the little things that he did to go beyond expectations (provided us with a
great inspector and also the best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with).  He made up for the seller’s realtor’s
shortcomings and at closing, the seller told Joey that she will only work with
him in the future.
I would use Joey again in a heartbeat.  I recommend Joey as an industry’s best.   

I couldn't recommend Joey more if he was my own family! He is honest, caring and willing to do whatever he can to make sure your best interests are always top priority. He gave me great referrals for all the things you need when moving, a great painter, locksmith etc. I plan on staying put for a long time but if I find myself needing an agent again I will only work with him! No need to look any further if you want someone with integrity!
